RETURN POLICY

Effective March 1, 2016

Your satisfaction is our top priority we will do our best to keep you as a satisfied and happy customer. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase because it arrived damaged, defective, or the products received by you weren’t exactly what you ordered then these products can be returned for an exchange or for a store credit of equal or lesser value for merchandise purchased from our online store www.loveteez.com “the website” with some special restrictions.

 

Return Policy – Product Restrictions

Some products are subject to special return restrictions. (See below for details)

The following products, items, and/or services are subject to special return restrictions:

 

• Errors by you “user or purchaser” in the shipping address:

If you “user or purchaser” make an error in the shipping address at which you wish for us (our company) to send you products ordered we (Artisan Angel LLC- www.loveteez.com) can not be held responsible for the replacement or your products nor the shipping costs. Please be advised that we will not replace your items ordered nor pay or reimburse the shipping costs incurred. If we (our company) do receive the product in question back (from the incorrect recipient/incorrect shipping address) we will be happy to then send you “user or purchaser” the product we received back from the incorrect recipient however the shipping costs will again be the responsibility of you “user or purchaser” to resend to the corrected address. To avoid this please be sure to carefully read all of the information on your purchase order, quantity, as well as the shipping address to be sure it is completely correct.

 

• Clearance or Closeout items:

All sales are Final, No Returns, NO Exchanges, or online store credit unless the product arrived to you “user or purchaser” in a damaged or defective condition. No exceptions.

 

• All products we sell are shipped, tracked, and confirmed by the carrier:

Once the product that you “user or purchaser” ordered and is confirmed through tracking to have arrived to the shipping address that you “user or purchaser” provided to us, we are no longer responsible for this product nor can we (our company) be held liable in any way. This includes lost or stolen items and this should then be discussed with the particular shipping carrier that was used to ship the item in question.

 

• Custom Design Fees:

Custom logos, custom designs, custom projects, etc. including any and all Design fees are Non Refundable. Designs created and customized for you and that are not carried on our online store (“the site” -www.loveteez.com-) are Non Refundable.

 

• Custom Designed Embroidery & Sublimation on Products are yours for good::

A Non Refundable 50% deposit-payment will be required by you “user or purchaser” to start any custom logo and/or custom design project aka custom product purchase order as you “user or purchaser” will be provided a proof of design that you “user or purchaser” will have to “sign off” as being accepted and approved prior to our company completing the custom design project or custom purchase order requested by you “user or purchaser”.

 

• Custom Designed Stickers are yours for good and all sales are Final:

In the case of Custom Designed Stickers requested or purchased by you “user or purchaser”, only complete sheets of the sticker purchased can be returned AND only if they are determined by an Artisan Angel LLC Representative to be defective. Incomplete sheets of any sticker will NOT be accepted regardless if they are custom stickers or a sticker that is usually carried on the online store (“website”) www.loveteez.com.

 

• Returning a dark colored apparel item:

Returning a dark colored apparel item that is usually carried at our online store (website-www.loveteez.com) may only be exchanged for a different dark colored apparel style item with the same likeness and of equal or lesser value AND only if it is found to be defective, damaged, or not the exact product that you “user or purchaser” ordered. These products/items must be returned to our company in the exact same condition as it was shipped to you and New (not worn) with tags intact.

 

• Returning a light colored apparel item:

Returning a light colored apparel item that is usually carried at our online store (website-www.loveteez.com) may only be exchanged for a different light colored apparel style item with the same likeness and of equal or lesser value AND only if it is found to be defective, damaged, or not the exact product that you “user or purchaser” ordered. These products/items must be returned to our company in the exact same condition as it was shipped to you and New (not worn) with tags intact.

 

• Returning a non-apparel (vinyl sticker, mug, etc.) item:
Returning a non-apparel (vinyl sticker, mug, etc.) item that is usually carried at our online store (website-www.loveteez.com) may only be exchanged for a similar non-apparel item of equal or lesser value AND only if it is returned in the same condition (New- Not used- Not altered in any way) as when the item was shipped to you “user or purchaser”. Example: Vinyl stickers must be returned to Artisan Angel LLC in the exact same condition as when we shipped them to you (nothing peeled, nor altered, or removed in any way and ONLY completed sheets of the sticker may be approved for a return).

 

• Returning Damaged and/or Defective Item:

Note: Returning Damaged and/or Defective Item: In the case of damage and/or defects of items purchased and received by you in a damaged or defective condition, the return process requires you “user or purchaser” to provide a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem; defect-damage) in an email to our customer support team at info@loveteez.com If the damage and/or defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email, the item may be required to be returned to Artisan Angel LLC aka www.loveteez.com for inspection by one of our representatives before a determination can be made as to the state of the product and shipped to us at your “user or purchaser” expense (shipping cost).

 

• Products that are damaged by you “user or purchaser”:

Products that are damaged by you “user or purchaser” whether it be through improper handling, improper cleaning of apparel and/or non apparel items, improper application of any purchased products including but not limited to vinyl stickers, or any other damage that occurs from misuse and/or not following the proper cleaning or application instructions that we provide to you “user or purchaser” will not be approved for a return. Any mishandling by you “user or purchaser” will not be returned, exchanged, nor will a member account credit be given. *Please read all instructions fully and carefully.

 

Who covers the return shipping cost for items that are damaged or defective?
Artisan Angel LLC (www.loveteez.com) will provide a prepaid return-shipping label in cases where items have been confirmed by us to have arrived to you in a damaged or defective condition, the items must be approved for a return by an Artisan Angel LLC Representative (“us”) to be defective or damaged prior to you “user or purchaser” receiving a prepaid return shipping label.

 

For ALL other cases, return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer. Under NO circumstance does Artisan Angel LLC reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer.

 

If a product arrived to the customer damaged or defective, the recipient must first make arrangements with someone from our customer support team as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the item back in transit to Artisan Angel LLC (www.loveteez.com). DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO US WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL.

 

Instructions on how to request a Return of Merchandise Authorization:

Contact our Customer Support through the online “Contact Us” section, which has our customer service phone number provided. You MUST make this request within 7 business days of receiving the shipment of product ordered. When making a request to our customer support center: Be sure to specify the reason for the return request, provide all of the purchase order information (invoice #, purchase order date, full name, and contact information, and member account information), and indicate any preference for an online store credit or a replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style or size).

 

Return Process and procedure

1. C1. First Email us at info@loveteez.com, in the body of the email be sure to include the invoice #, purchase order date, full name, and your contact information as well as the reason for requesting a return AND in the subject line type “RETURN REQUEST. If we have not called you in 2 Business days please call our customer service support center (telephone # located in the “Contact Us” section). Describe the product, reason for the return request, as well as the preferred method of credit whether exchange for merchandise of equal or lesser value or receive a credit to your member account on our online store “website” (www.loveteez.com).

 

2. If we provide an approval of return then a return- shipping label will be sent to you and the approved item will need to be shipped back to us by you. In the return packaging please Include the Return of Merchandise Authorization paperwork, copy of the original shipping invoice including the invoice #, purchase order date, full name, and contact information, and member account name in your returning package along with your returned item.

 

3. Write the Return of Merchandise Authorization confirmation number (Code) on the outside of the package in BOLD to ensure proper routing upon receipt.

You may be notified when your return is received at our facility if we have any additional questions or need clarification of any kind

 

• If you have requested an exchange because your product was defective for a defective product, please be advised that it may take 7-10 business days to ship the replacement item once we have received the defective product and processed your exchange request.

 

• If you have requested an online store credit, please be advised that a member account must be created prior to crediting the funds to your member account and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your member account once we have received and processed the returned items. This account credit, once available, may be used to make a purchase from the www.loveteez.com website.

 

• If you have requested an exchange for a different size or style you may receive a phone call or an email letting you know once we have started the process of producing the product.

 

Disputes

If you have any concerns or claims with respect to our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, or Terms of Use, please contact us as indicated in the ‘Contact us’ section and If the complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, or Artisan Angel LLC does not adequately respond to your question, please contact the office of the American Arbitration Association, which will serve as a liaison with Artisan Angel LLC to resolve your concerns. If arbitration is necessary, it will be conducted by telephone and email, and if it must be done in person, it will be conducted in Lakeland, Florida. If a dispute arises from or relates to this contract or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through direct discussions, the parties agree to endeavor first to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to arbitration.

The parties further agree that any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

A single arbitrator shall hear the claim or claims. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern the arbitration. Hearings will take place pursuant to the standard procedures of the Commercial Arbitration Rules that contemplate in person hearings. Both parties will bear equally the cost of arbitration (exclusive of all legal fees and all other expenses). Except as may be required by law, neither party nor an arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration hereunder without the prior written consent of both parties. All decisions of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
